Julie Nagy-Morris

Julie Nagy-Morris graduated from the Ohio State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and in 2003 with a Master's Degree in Social Work (with Clinical concentration and School Social Work specialization). While completing her studies she had the opportunity to serve as a Suicide Hotline Volunteer, a Research Assistant in the OSU Adolescent Grief Study and co-authored a publication on human service organizations that is used as a teaching tool in graduate level social work programs.

Throughout her academic and professional career she has focused in the areas of mental illness, self-esteem in girls, domestic violence, and school social work. She is particularly interested in developing and conducting support groups for children and adolescents.

Julie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) and holds a School Social Work (SSW) License from the Ohio Department of Education.
